I'm not sure of the name of this tree, but it vivaciously stood out against the greenery of the surrounding trees. Magnificent.
*Update: Thanks to Cyndie, I'm pretty sure it is called a Japanese Maple.

I think this is a Japaneese maple, I have one right outside my front door. Of course mine is turning dark red and browns now :)
